    * Request Samples
    * Submitting Orders

            You should attach any relevant files and information such as your purchase order number and
            your electronic form file if your order is new or a changed repeat. (Confirmation of received
            orders will be e-mailed to you by the following business day.)
    * Terms, Conditions and Miscellaneous Pricing
          - All orders are subject to standard credit review procedures.
          - Discount terms available.
          - Standard Delivery 3, 5 and 7 days (varies per product).
          - Rushes Available.
    * Freight
          - F.O.B. plant in Springboro, Ohio. All orders picked up or delivered to the carrier constitutes
            delivery and transfer of title and possession to the buyer. The factory is not responsible for
            goods damaged in shipment. UPS shipments are insured up to $100 per carton, unless otherwise
    * Samples
          - 5 provided with each job.
    * Over/Under Runs
          - All orders subject to 10% overrun or underrun unless otherwise specified .
    * Quotations
          - Quotations are given via telephone, fax or e-mail. If specifications on the job received are
            different from the quote specifications, the distributor will be notified. The new price based on
            the actual order received will be the final price. Quotations are valid for 30 days.
    * Acknowledgments
          - It is the distributor's responsibility to review the factory acknowledgment. The factory will
            produce the job per acknowledgment.
    * Void Pantographs
          - Factory does not and will not warrant that any Void Pantograph will be effective on all color
    * Claims/Returns
          - Claims must be made in writing within 6 months of the date of shipment. Liability will be limited
            to the selling price of the job. Forms can only be returned after a return authorization number is
            issued by the factory. Credit will be issued for the returned forms, if the job was not produced as
    * Artwork
          - Artwork that is created by the factory are owned by the factory.
    * Jobs On Hold
          - After 60 days orders on hold will be treated as canceled orders.
    * Proofs
          - First Proof is free. Each additional proof charged on a time and material basis.
    * Split Shipments
          - $7.50 per additional location.
    * Rush Charges
          - Per quote.
